Malaika New Yorks October collaboration with Pildora resulted in publication of our Spring 2019 collection in Volant Magazine. Featuring a good range of our SS19 Zero Waste collection made from squares and up-cycled materials.
Our main fabric is made with a fiber called ECONYL® which is a regenerated nylon made from old carpets, fishing nets and other nylon waste. ECONYL® specialize in collecting old fishing nets from the bottom of the ocean floor to rescue fish, coral and wildlife among other nylon waste.
